Tuesday, March 22 is the United Nations World Water Day. A day designated to focus on the world’s water crisis. When you read the statistics it can be overwhelming and can make one feel hopeless to help.
But, you can help and the Partners for Care staff in Kenya feel they can help. On World Water Day, they are walking three miles carrying a packH20 water backpack on their backs full of water – each weighing 42 pounds. They are walking to raise awareness and funds for the water crisis . The PFC staff are asking their families and friends to sponsor them. You can sponsor them, too. Go to www.partnersforcare.org to learn more about the water crisis and sponsor the Kenyan staff as they Walk for Water on World Water Day. And, you can see some of the staff who are participating in the Walk for Water at https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10153509983278583&id=67836733582&substory_index=0
The PFC staff are making a difference one water backpack at a time!
Thank you!
Connie
